registering two servers simultaneously

I read a post where someone had set up a way to register to more than one sip server. Do I just create a separate profile?

I'm hoping to register to my DID provider for incoming calls and then a betamax provider for outoing. How do I set up so that whenever I make an internet call it is routed only through one instead of both?
