problem in amr wide band recording

i want to know that is it possible to record data in amr wideband directly or any code to convert amr narrowband to amr wideband?

I can not see the recording of it to be supported, at least in th wiki list:http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.php/Codecs

So I would assume that it is not possible to record nor convert to that particular format.
