    There is OVI SDK Beta

    But you need to apply for it.

    I cannot find any link for downloadaing OVI maps for QT, so I would be appreciated for someone to write it down. Please...

    Nokia has not published, as far as I know, any Ovi Maps interfaces/APIs for developers (Qt or otherwise).

    Now you can do that with the Ovi plugin in Qt Mobility 1.1 Location module.
