Item not available and payment issues.

I have submitted a new application in Themes section 2 weeks ago. The item has passed QA and looks as "published" 2/2 in my content item page.
The item is scheduled for publishing on february 1, today.

When I search for my item in Ovi Store, I see it in search results. But when I click on it it shows an error saying:

"sorry, this item in no more available"

As this is a theme related to Valentines day, it is very important to get it published quickly as the day is approaching.


Personally, I'm a bit tired of always being after this Store to ask for a fix with for this and that as it seems there is nothing working as it should.

And, moreover, I'm still missing all the payments since October 2009. The last payment received by Nokia is on September 2009. What's going on???
