How to send voice data through Voip?

Hi,

I am new in developing voip based application, and i want to send our voice data which i read from mic through APS API, i need to send this recorded voice through voip call, so where i need to write this data for routing over voip.

You need to use RTP connection to send voice data received from APS API.
