newbie question about open cv and nokia cv

hi, i want to code some stuff and I want that my project runs at an nseries mobile phone and also at pcs , so , at first glance i tought in use nokia cv, but with the requirement that my code runs also in a pc, i have a doubt...

nokia cv its the only software for cv? I mean, i don't found any info about symbian supporting open cv, but i dont want to code my project twice.

it's there any plan to port open cv or even a fusion with nokia cv?

Nokia Cv is a port of openCV. but if you want to port your self then you have use openC to do so.
