Touch input response time slow

Hi,
I noticed that WRT response time for a button push event is slow with the touch input but not with the key input. Is there are trick to have a better response time with touch input in WRT?(ex. click 2-3 times per second).

You did mention in your post that the WRT response time for a button push event is slow with touch, what device did you use and what firmware? There may be some differences by device and widget design.
