TTS application

Is it possible to write a text-to-speech application and send it to the mobile device on demand along with the text?
What is the typical size of such an application?
Do all devices support these kind of applications? or in other words, is it possible to develop such an application in all Nokia OS's SDKs?

in theory you can make that one. Check wiki for API plug-in, it has text-to-speech API, note that it is only for the platform version the API is designed for and propably wont work an all. Then the delivery thing you would need to desing separately.
