    Hi,

I have observed that my FL 3.0 app that plays media files gives a clear loud sound when the SWF is packaged with Helisso, while the sound is very low when packaged with Kuneri. What could be the reason?

    Regards,
    Supriya Tenany

    Hi Supriya,

It would help to figure out some possible reasons for what you had experienced,
if you could provide the format of the media files plus versions of both of the tools, Helisso and Kuneri?

    Hello Supriya,

Thank you for providing the details. To be able to help you better with this,
I have contacted Kuneri and requested for an advise.

Either they or I will return back here with more, hopefully soon...

    Best Regards,

That probably is related to Nokia Flash Lite launcher stub DLL. Using MultimediaDD capability probably fixes that, but that requires Symbian Signed.

    Hi,

I have used a DevCert from the Symbian Signed and have requested for all capabilities mentioned in the tool. Is there anything else that I am missing?

    Hi All,

I use stub for packaging my my swf file. I also observed some random behavior is audio volume. Its doesnt actually plays to the maximum level. And some times i plays at vey low level. Restarting the phone or reinstalling the app changes that. I am unable to reproduce the steps. An suggestions?

    Regards
    Ramesh

    Hi,

I think my problem is the same as Ramesh has quoted - the application sound is very low with the Carbide C++. Any clue? This is the only packager that i can use now, since Helisso abruptly ditched me.

    please help.

    Regards,
    Supriya Tenany
