please help me in my grad. thesis

I am really new in Nfc techology, and I want to made my grad thesis in nfc.
I think a project like this;
First we are goint choose one objcet for example one shirt,Second,We will place chip or smartag but our choice is chip if we can find,then
As you can know,When the user of the phone closes up phone towards the chip or tag,he can receive infos about product,price,where to produce ex....
Finally asking the user whether to buy or not if he buys it the money decreases from his account.
Here is the question
**Which tools(developer kit, phone, chips) do we need to achieve the project and how are we going to find them?**
