Installing dreamweaver extension

All my students have installed the Nokia WRT extension in Dreamweaver. It all works fine, except three of them are missing the menu items (new nokia wrt widget, import nokia wrt widget) in the site menu of Dreamweaver. Any ideas?

can you identify some differences in the environment (e.g.: Dreamweaver version) that these 3 students use, compared to the working ones?

I've thought about that too. They are all using Dreamweaver CS4 on a Windows machine, like the most of my other students.
