May I ask you why the option "-element 10" ? Is the number important ?
Yes, the number is important. It specifies what data the get status command returns:
'80' – Issuer Security Domain only.
'40' – Applications and Security Domains only.
'20' – Executable Load Files only.
'10' – Executable Load Files and their Executable Modules only.

A quick look at the GlobalPlatform Card Specification revealed the meaning of this parameter: b8 b7 b6 b5 b4 b3 b2 b1 Meaning 1 X X X X X X X Security Domain 1 1 X X X X X 0 DAP Verification 1 X 1 X X X X X Delegated Management X X X 1 X X X X Card lock X X X X 1 X X X Card terminate X X X X X 1 X X Default Selected X X X X X X 1 X CVM management 1 1 X X X X X 1 Mandated DAP Verification
Thus, 2 means card verification method (CVM) management. I.e. the application is allowed to access card holder verification (PIN verification, ...) 4 means that the application is selected by default upon power-up/reset.
