Dear,
We are publisher on Ovi store and our content got stolen from Ovi store.

The sis file Panchang2010 has been copied to multiple websites on Internet and available for download.
We want to know how other publishers handle such copyright infringement. As Ovi doesn’t own intellectual property right of our contents, even those are leaked or hacked from Ovi store, it is up to publisher (as told by Ovi Publisher support team) to make sure that illegal upload of contents are removed from other websites.
We are finding it difficult to chase these offending websites to remove our content. It seems like virus. We remove it from one website just to realize that it has come up to some new website.
Is it right that Ovi leave this responsibility to publishers (which are usually small firms) when it has means and resources to chase such offending websites to make sure that stolen Ovi Store contents are removed?
Thanks,
AdarshApps Team
