using webservice in app wizard

is there a quick way to enable webservice call in app wizard?
for example, i want to use webservice to get some info from free source (example wiki)

the wizard is essentially an RSS reader, it can do one thing and one thing only, and that is to parse and display RSS feeds. For anything more fancy you will need to write your own custom application.
