nokia 3650 contact sort orders

Hi,

I would like to see an update of the contacts where you can change the sortorder, and the order of which fields are shown (first names first and then last names etc). And the ability to add custom fields for all contacts, and new. And also being able to chose exactly what fields should be shown in the list and in what order etc.

Here here... Maybe it's easier for some people, but I need my contacts in First name first order... Anyone any ideas.
Also new N3650, where is the best place to go for downloading applications/games/anything really?
