AFAIK, they wont work on week ends, But am sure you will get a response. I have seen replies coming back with in 24 hrs.

The best and official way is to write to that mail id. They do receive several hundred mails a day and I guess in some worst cases there may be a chance to miss to reply. Let me know if you still fail to receive a reply and I can try to help.

it ranges from 24h to a week.
They are not the fastest, but I have not had them completely ignore an email so far.
If you have large issues, send me a mail and I can try to escalate it via some friends...The adress is tamhan at tamoggemon dot com, but be prepared to show reasonable proof of delays.

i send email to this address every day about payment service is not working, there are 5 emails so far, i will see when they will reply me...
I send two emails in total over the last 7 days, always got a response within 48 hours, and I even got one on Saturday !!!
