how to change some security settings in mobile

hello,
i have my application self signed and it uses capabilities to read IMEI .I tried to install it on nokia c5. The application will not install giving me a security deny message.I removed the device data read and it installs correctly.I would like to know how i can change nokia c5 mobile security settings to make it agree to install my application with device data read capability.
