Can't pay for application. How often it happens?

I want to buy one application this morning( For all my passwords ,...)
But I get that stupid message. Payment service down, you will be forwarded to catalog.
How often it happens?

I wasn't able to pay with my credit card and with premium sms

can ovi store report some statistic of this?

Is it really that bad business for ovi store ?
Or where is problem?
Ovi staff ?

4 hours and payment service isn't working.
It's really funny that it's so hard for ovi store to fix basic problem like this.
They are rally band of id....

just look at their new ass spam filter.

One cant even post links to outside pages with further info. I have sent like 15 emails this week to help developers. Starting to get miffed...looks like all of Finland is on a vacation!
