OVI store billing one big fun, one big not working black bole

After that administrator removed my previous post I decided to post it again.

Yesterday I wanted to buy safe application in ovi store.
I am in czech republic just for you information.
NOKIA advertised working payment for all 3 mobile operators in czech republic yesterday.

I deiced to test it.
But what kind of service we have. We all know smart monkeys from OVI store

1. payment method as premium sms. Ok I said. Lets test it.
I received error SMS from my operator that I am not authorized for the service. It looks like I didn't activate PSMS service
And of course I download app without problem, but I didn't pay any cent.

Now I know why there is so many zero payments of my game in ovi store (and it started 1 mouth ago)

I have no idea if the OVI store works this way, but we sell subscription for one of our Symbian apps, which the user could pay through SMS billing... The way the providers work is that they gave us an OK throug htheir interface without actually knowing for sure if the amount had been paid... So it happened that after a week or so we got messages from the provider they hadn't been able to detract the amount from the subscriber, (for example because he had no more balance left).. For the provider that was the end of it, we couldnt' get the money, we had to pay for the sms service and the provider just keeps getting paid and never ever has any risk at all to actually miss a payment cause thats a problem of the company using the sms billing...
So in the end the provider got paid for the sms service, the user had our app for free, and we never got our payment and even payed for using the sms service...
providers are like casino's : the house never EVER loses !!!

Our provider in czech republic provide API that we can check status of payment.
I always know if it was granted by user / operator
I hope for same service from ovi store's providers
