Nokia OVI - jar file must reference the jad file

Whenever I try to update jar/jad file for one of our app in nokia ovi, it gives the erro 'jar file must reference the jad file' whereas there is a reference of jad file in the jar file. Same is the case while updating jad file. Will be thankful if somebody can help. Thanks.

I had the same problem the other day, but I solved it by first deleting the old jad/jar files and then adding the new ones.
