PIM Contacts: How to extract all the details on a phonebook

Good day! I want to ask how to extract all the details on a phonebook for example John Smith, i want to get all the information on John Smith like telephone numbers, birthday and etc. Any sample? And I have a problem, it seems that I cannot read all the telephone number of a specific contact, but in other contacts I can read it. Is there an existing issue regarding this? By the way I am using Nokia 6500 slide as test phone. Thank you so much for the help.
