Profiling Symbian s60 c++ applications

I want to know of any memory/cpu profiling tool available for s60 5th edition. I googled a lot but couldn't find anything.

I'm using carbide express.

"carbide express"? Wasn't that retired a long time ago. Make sure you have the latest Carbide.c++ (no more separate express version with less functionality than what was in the professional version of the time).
