whats the reason???

i m using Local client provisioning plugin to make profile inside sip & linked voip for Internet call,its working fine in some models but in some models like E71,some s/w version of N95/N95 8 GB profiles created but not set userid,password so registration failed and after check i see that exe file runs continuously in background,is this one problem of sis provided by nokia for querying username and password that not able to set username/password???
i m right or wrong???plz anybody gives clue.
