7210 incoming call highlighting

The phone is great, but can you tell me whether my one has a bug or not. The highlighting is not turning on when incoming call is received (only when the caller is in VIP group), it's just staying dark until I've pressed any button and see who is calling. It's not so convenient especially at the evening time.
How can I solve that?

You need to update your phone to version 4.72
