Error add new content in Ovi Publish. Help.

Hello,

I have created an app with APP OVI WIZARD and today Nokia sent me the login credentials
for login to OVI PUBLISH. I have logged correctly in OVI PUBLISH, but i can't add new content.
When i click on "Create new content", appears the following pop-up error:


Permission denied. Your account can not access the Requested page.


Do you know how to fix?


The account that I have assigned the following role: App wizard role.


I noticed that during the registration on OVI PUBLISH must pay 1 euro, while I haven't paid anything. I registered in OVI WIZARD and once the app has been accepted by QA Nokia sent me an email with login information to OVI PUBLISH.

you propably should sent email to the ovi support email, I suppose that they would really need to check your account to see what could be wrong in there.

yes i m also having same problem here......when i click on CREATE A NEW CONTENT i also get same error as follows

I'm not official Ovi support, thus I can not see status or any other infomration from the accounts. Anyway, if you log into your publicer account, you could try using the contact us form from the support tab, and ask more instructions.

Thank you for your inquiries. As an appwizard publisher, you are only able to create content in the Ovi Appwizard tool. The login credentials sent to you is for the purpose of updating your bank information if your Appwizard content is paid content. If you would like to create content in Ovi Publish, you will need to register for an Ovi Publish account for 1 Euro. Once you have registered, you will be granted access to create content in Ovi Publish.
