There is no ringback tone on my nokia n97 mini?

I use nonoh VOIP Service,after i configured all on nokia n97 mini,i made call and the other side ringed,but on my side there was no ring back tone,when he picked up,we could talk with each other ,but the problem was there was no ringback tone on my side,then what's the problem,it so bothered me and tried many methods but could not solve this problem ,so anyone could find a solution ,many thanks in advance!

I also using VIOP service on my nokia n97 mini. But it's working fine on my phone.
Probably this problem is only in your phone.
