    Hi, I have a license Express Signed, I also bought a Content IDs.
    I had already sent the sis file (but never published, because they rejected dall'Ovi store)
    now express signed me says:
    Code:
    You have no Content IDs in your account. Each time you use Express Signed a Content Id is deducted from your account. You can purchase Content IDs here.
    is there a way to solve this problem?

    If this has not still been resolved then please email symbiansigned@symbian.org with the transaction ids and invoice ids and this can be resolved for you.

    What is "invoice ids and transaction ids" ?

    These are the IDs on your paypal email you receive after you have purchased content IDs

    do i need necessarily this data ? Because, probably i have erased that eMail.
    in the "Purchasing history" on symbiansigned.com you can see that I had bought it

    Without that information we cannot do anything. You should not delete emails that confirm payment.
