I just downloaded Carbide.ui series 40 and when i click on it it doesn't open. i just shows the little carbide icon!!

6th edition if you need them. What size is this file
Carbide_ui_Series_40_Theme_Edition_v5_0_en.exe
It sounds to me like you might just have an installer and not full file.

If you are using Vista or Windows 7 then try and rightclick and "Open as administrator".
