I would comment that the plug-in for Nokia c3 does not work on Carbide.ui 5.0 Series 40 Theme Edition , and that leaves me with the resolution of 240 X 320 to be to the east of 320 X 240. Appreciate your help.

Hi,
Please use Compact UI plugin for C3. It should work even though the resolution is not matching as phone doesn't depend on the tool resolution.

To create themes for C3-00 Phones, You need to have following set up,
Download and install:
1. Carbide.ui Series 40 Theme Edition 5.0 tool, http://www.forum.nokia.com/info/sw.n...ymbian_OS.html
2. Plug-in required for C3-00 is “Series 40 6th Edition Compact UI” http://www.forum.nokia.com/info/sw.n..._Plug_ins.html

Note# For C3-00, you may not find the “320x240” resolution in “Series 40 6th Edition Compact UI” plug-in but still that is the plug-in you can use for creating the C3-00 theme. Only thing that you need to take care is, all the background that you used in your theme must be of 320x240 size. Rest all icons or elements are same for both 320x240 and 240x320 resolution.

That's just a friend. with plug-in is just there are additional options for music, email, + +. and does not change the screen display. but the size for the wallpaper must remain 320 x 240 and select compact ui. sorry my language
