    Some kind of response from Ovi on this problem will be much appreciated. Its is already 4 days now and it is unknown when the problem will be solved. A short message here will save the Ovi support the "pleasure" to answer tens of e-mails with the same question from many publishers.

    Arrrgh, I uploaded my first game (2 versions) last week, to OVI store.
    I have only 3 days in the reports, no more reports since 11 march...

    Maybe the downloads quantity of my app crashed the server :P

    yeah, exactly. And now they are working on how to spread out money from your downloads to other publishers accounts in order to make billing server up&running again ;-) The millions $ are out of range.

    They replied to my e-mail after 3 days saying that they are aware of the problem and they are already working on it to fix it. They didn't gave any Latest Estimation for the fix as usual

    Anyone from OVI kindly shed some more light.

    Here is the reply to my mail I received today from ovi team

    "Thank you for contacting the Publisher Support Team.

    There have been issues with our system processing paid and free downloads..
    Rest assured that the R&D team is currently investigating this issue and once
    it is fixed, the missing transactions will appear in the reports for the days
    that they originated.

    We apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused you and thank you
    for your understanding. If you should have any further questions, please don't
    hesitate to contact us."

    Thanks for the info ovi_india.

    Hint to ovi team: would it be so hard to put up a notice? Ballpark estimate when troubles are over would be nice too...

    I also urge Nokia to post an update on these issues. Especially for new developers the lack of reporting for the last 4-5 days might be enough to scare them off developing for Nokia. I for one am more than a little nervous as revenue and downloads have stalled. Will Nokia recover the data ok or are we going to lose 5+ days worth of revenue?

    Not a single sale since ovi publish maintenance outage!
    How to find out is there sales really?

    My reports have been updated but I suspect that they aren't real data. It isn't possible that free content has only six downloads during these few days, and paid content - only eight downloads. I am certain that these data is wrong - my friend bought yesterday my app, and these purchase wasn't mentioned in country purchases - there is 0 purchases. Maybe later they will be still update until now.

    Same here, update was issued, but data looks very irregular for free applications. 11.3 we had almost thousand downloads and 12.3. zero. Keep going Ovi guys
