I have written the program with Qt.

    I have bought PublishID.

I have bought Express Signing UID (count 5 ).

What to me to do further?

    I should use this instruction?
    http://doc.qt.nokia.com/smart-instal...r-signing.html

    Where to take UID?

Requesting UID-s should be possible when you are logged in on Symbian Signed site. There you can also request developer certificate ("Open Signed Offline"), and test everything prior to submit for signing.

You may know what you are doing and now it is too late anywhay but for others reading this we should say that a Publisher ID is not necessarely mandatory and that Nokia's free signing offering should be avaluated before making a purchase.

To clarify, that's Content IDs and not UIDs.

Yes. The version independent links are http://doc.qt.nokia.com/smart-instal...r-signing.html and then http://doc.qt.nokia.com/smart-instal...an-signed.html

If you go through the Symbian Signed path, which you seem to have chosen, the you can request UIDs from https://www.symbiansigned.com/app/pa...equestType.jsp
For free signing path the request is to be made to Ovi Publishing, by email for now.
