need Terms and Conditions

Hi:

I send the copy of Terms and Conditions to OVI support, then they give me 5 UID,
I replace my app's UID and submit it by OVI publisher tools,

but the QA says need the copy of Terms and Conditions.

should I send it again?

Well, if they really ask for it, do you have an option? But you can of course ask them to explain why, telling them that you have done that once already.
