Widgets and FlashLite 4.0 Accelerometer

Is there a way of getting the accelerometer events work on flash lite 4 packed as a widget. They work when i put the swf on the phone but if i install it as a widget it stops working.
I hope someone can help me with this.

Hi manxana,
I previously developed a commercial game using Flash Lite 4 and Accelerometer. What you have to do is to use Accelerometer APIs provided by Platform Services in WRT and then use them from Flash Lite 4 using ExternalInterface APIs. More info at (read last topic of the following blog post):
