how to purchase PID and CID?

I would like to purchase PID and CID, when I logon to the symbian signed site and then click "Express Signed Content IDs", but always comes out error message like this:

The page you requested cannot be accessed because of a system error.

anybody got the same issue before? and how could I resolve it and purchase the PID and CID?

I'm guessing CID would be Content ID but I don't really know what a PID is. Anyhow, the symbiansigned.com site looks functional to me, at least now.

It is just the usual problem with lack of country settings. Set your country details in your Symbian Signed profile and it is going to be fine.

hello, one more question:

I need a Publisher ID first before purchasing CID. Where could I purchase the Publisher ID? I did not see link on the symbian signed site?

seems only company could have PID. as individual developer, I cannot purchase the PID and then CID sequentially. any suggestions that I could do so that I could have my program signed and certificated?

Ovi can do that for you, on the cost that your application will be published in Ovi Store only (you do not get back the signed installation package).
