How to get Qt SDK for developing Windows Application

I have successfully downloaded the Nokia Qt SDK 1.1 and its working fine for Symbian. Now I have few questions. I want to develop some apps that should run on Netbooks and Netbook will have Windows Operating System.

1) Is this possible with Nokia Qt SDK 1.1 OR do I need to install something else?
2) Netbook can have Windows XP/Vista/7 OSs. How do I manage the executables/builds. Will it run on all Windows OSs?
3) What would be distribution channel for this kind of app.

Kindly waiting for any guideline or suggestion.

Additionally from SDK download page I found this regarding 1.1 SDK:
Qt 4.7.3 (for Symbian, desktop, and simulator) and Qt Mobility 1.1.3 APIs.
Qt Quick and Qt Creator to provide a complete solution for UI development.
Tools for Symbian, Maemo, and desktop apps, including the use of native APIs.
Device binaries to enable apps created with the SDK to be run on Symbian devices.

1. As Nokia Qt SDK 1.1 does not exist, you should install Qt SDK 1.1.1 and compile your application inside Desktop target.
2. Windows XP/Vista and 7 are backward compatible. You probably would like to produce installer rather than using binaries.
3. You should consult Microsoft support in that question.

But, what a confusion... just few days back I have downloaded the Latest Nokia Qt SDK 1.1 for developing Symbian Application. Now I just want to develop Windows Application. Why within 30 days I need to install another SDK. How frequently SDK is changing. What if I continue with 1.1 instead of 1.1.1

according to first link SDK 1.1.1 includes "Symbian and MeeGo simulators"... Is this mean this SDK will come up with MeeGo Simulator if yes then will it show us MeeGo for Netbook and Tablet. Please clear on this point. Because last week I have just downloaded the huge GBs data with MeeGo SDK 1.2.

Please correct me if I am wrong any place.

Nokia Qt SDK 1.1 has never existed. Since 1.0 there is only Qt SDK.

As I said already Qt SDK has replaced Nokia Qt SDK since version 1.0.

Thanks Daniil, my misunderstanding for its naming.

Now I have Qt SDK 1.1 installed on my Windows XP SP2 Machine. Right?

So can I develop Windows based app (Desktop) with this SDK and Will it execute on Windows based Netbooks.
