No, there is not. I would not expect J# to work either.

No its not but C# is very similar to Java so you should be able to port the code with no major issues.

The language differences between java and C# are marginal. Your problem will be frameworks.

Support for java might mean support for j2me , which not there and even you van not really port java apps to c#
Due to api limitations , so there is no VM ported to Wp7 and I am sure in future there won't be any plans
