Symbian Signed Rejecting Smart Installer Wrapper UID 0x2002CCCF ?

Hi,

1. I've received several reports from developers saying that their Smart Installer wrapper packages are being rejected by Symbian Signed because UID 0x2002CCCF does not belong to them. Can someone from Symbian Signed please confirm that UID 0x2002CCCF is still allowed?
   
2. Also, is it true that nowadays after getting your app with "Restricted" capabilities Certified Signed, the new website only gives you the Certified Signed option for the Smart Installer wrapper? What happened to the Express Signed option?

missed this on my vacation. Anyway the 0x2002CCCF UID should be white listed, and it should be usable by all accounts.

I have not checked, but I would assume that the signing rules with Express signing have not changed.
