Hi I have apply the launchpad since april, and i have hear nothing back at all
can you please let me know what going on

As you know after Feb 18, there are many application , So if this is the individual application i believe its not yet started for review, you may need to wait, or else you can also write an email to them and check the status.

Businesses were given priority then private individuals. With summer vacations going on it has futher slowed down efforts. Everyone will be contacted (as accepted or rejected) if you haven't been then you are still in the queue.
