Ovi store should autodetect installed components (dependencies like Qt)

There is small issue:

• some newer devices have Qt preinstalled
• when user looks at Ovi store for application built with smart installer it's written that installer might download large update

For devices with right Firmware or already installed dependencies it might not be needed to write this message. This message can drive away some users to download this application.
