Microsoft publishes final release of Windows Phone SDK 7.1

Microsoft has published the final release of the Windows Phone SDK 7.1. In addition to delivery final versions of all the tools for creating great Silverlight and XNA applications, this release delivers support for all nine of the languages that applications can be delivered in.
