How to change all icons for the Nokia C2-03 theme

I want to design a theme for the Nokia C2-03 and for this I wan to change all icons in the grid menu.

I am able to change most of icons but how to change the icons of the following items:

1) Store
2) Life Tools
3) SIM Manager
4) SIM 1 Services
5) SIM 2 Services
6) Maps

What are the respective id's for these icons so that i can refer them and make my theme more beautiful?

Or any other ways to change those icons or other any example?

Same goes for the "Alarm" icon (the yellow bell) in the Nokia C1-02. It can't be changed in Carbide.ui so far. Any chances of adding that feature in upcoming versions of Carbide.ui? Would be great.

Ihave the same problem: I change the store icon and Communities icon but when I apply the theme they don't change. And when I put the icons on the direct access bar in the home screen, my phone applies only 4, the others don´t change. That´s because of the firmware, or everybody has the same problem?
