Why doesn't this SVG work on Symbian?

Can anyone explian why the "dots" don't show up on my E7 when I use this SVG as the icon for a new app? I've tried it as raw SVG as well as converting it with svgtbinencode.

Symbian use SVG Tiny and raw SVG may not work well with it. You can use SVG Converter to convert SVG images to SVG Tiny.
