Does offline installer available for windows phone development ?

I have problem in the online installer, The large file is difficult to download, in online mode in my PC.

Basically the tools are available from the Microsoft site, thus if they are not having SDK installation packages that can be used offline, then there would be none. Thus did you check the official site already ?

I have checked the official web for downloading Windows Phone &.1 SDK : http://www.microsoft.com/download/en...ng=en&id=27570

It is online installer of 3MB. I think microsoft is not providing offline installer.
one reason that reflect in my mind is that , the installer first verify the genius certificate of Operating System.

Here is offline installer available for Windows Phone 7 Mango SDK, you can download it from here it is in .iso/image format file.
