Widget Survey Example

Hello!
I want to build a Survey application for Nokia C5-03 and Nokia C7 devices,I want the survey data being loaded dynamically...do you have some example about how to do it??

I understand I have to build a kind of API to return the survey data (REST??) and build the app with Nokia Web Tools

or maybe will be better use jQuery Mobile with some framework (Django/Ruby)??
