Please suggest me How to solve this issue

The application cannot be found on the device menu when installed on E:/F: drive.
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. Download the content OTA.
    2. Install the application on E:/F: drive.
    3. Go to “Applications” folder.
ACTUAL RESULT: The application cannot be found on the device menu when installed on E:/F: drive.
EXPECTED RESULT: Icon for the application is displayed in the device menu, the application should be easily found.
CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Please either add a disclaimer in the description saying installation in E:/F: drive does not work, or put up a warning prompt during installation not to choose E:/F: drive.
    AFFECTED DEVICES: Symbian^3 devices.

What kind of app (Qt, Symbian C++, Java,...)?

If Symbian, what's in the .pkg file?

If Java, what's in the .jad and manifest file?

Have you tried debugging your own app on your own Symbian^3 device, to see if the behaviour is as described (assuming the error is coming from Nokia Store QA), and what might be wrong?

It is symbian app. There is no problem at my side. I built apps for s60 3rd , 5th and symbian 3 devices. The application can be forund on the device. I gave for nokia signing in the publiscation process in the ovi site.
Destinataion drive is presently set to as " "!:\" whats in .pkg file means?

!:\ means that the user will pick a drive for installation.

Usage of !:\ is expected and correct. You should check what happens on your own device(s) when you install the application to e:, etc. drive.

Ask Nokia Store QA for more details; on which device model(s) do they see it failing, and which firmware version is on those devices they've tried it on, and also which language variant and which language is used/selected at the time of testing.

See also, if you can get your app failing the same way on RDA devices: http://www.developer.nokia.com/Devic...device_access/
