How to Determine current location via CellID in Nokia N95

I want to find the cell-id ,mcc,mnc in nokia n95 mobile?

I am already used the System.getProperty("com.nokia.mid.cellid");

its return null value.

How to find the value?

Anyone help me?

You can't get the cell ID with J2ME on the N95, because the property only works from S60 3rd Edition FP2 onwards, and the N95 is based on FP1. This you could also have read in the documentation:
