Can Not Download SDK

When I try to download the SDK it says "Forbidden. You don't have permission to access /dp on this server." So I created an account and it started downloading. I guess my Internet connection dropped out during download, and now, even though I am logged in, I still get a forbidden message. How can I get access to the SDK. I am about to just five up.

Please log out, clear your browser history and log in again. That may resolve the issue with your session to developer Nokia.

I tried downloading it, but it says "You don't have permission to access /dp on this server." I logged out, cleared my browser history, closed my browser, reopened it and tried again, but it still gives me the same message. Is there another way to download the SDKs?

I'm trying to download the Nokia Web Tools 1.5

Same with me. Can't download a thing: anything that goes through /dp id forbidden. Hope it'll be fixed soon.

I'm still getting the "forbidden" message, but I found a way to download. Though there is surely something wrong going on.

What I do is reload the page several times (4-5 should do it) until it finally starts the download. That's all.

try IE ,it gave me same error on google chrome and firefox ,but download was successful on IE,make sure to login before downloading

Cannot download even, Carbide.c++, tried several times, clearing cache , trying different browsers, logging in/out, nothing works.

Could it be some temporary problem ? I can down load it, could you try again.

There is a known issue now regarding these downloading problems. If you experience this, please send
a) time of visit
b) your user name
c) your IP address if possible

This was a temporary problem, but not a good one, We need to continually try at different times during day/night and it works.
But one thing is sure, it is not Issue of Credentials, Authorization, Cache, Browsers, etc

And I think mostly encountered in downloads from Indian region.
