Nokia Store purchase error

Hi, I'm Afiq. I just bought 'Monopoly World' via Nokia Store. I pay via phone bill. Nokia Store sent me a message that my purchase is successful. But, Nokia Store said there's an error occured. Nokia Store already charged me RM6.00. I still can't download 'Monopoly World'. I'm waiting for the answer.
