Nokia 5800/523X (and many more) has common problem...

Image gallery seems to index every image on the card (very small png files cache from internet & other softwares), regardless of location.

Is there any way of telling Nokia 5xxx to exclude certain areas or folders of the either the phone memory and/or memory card? when I use the Gallery, it shows me every single picture/video on the phone - which is less than convenient when I might have a few thousand cache images or thumbnails, very Inconvenient !
