    In Bank Information there is only one thing that i couldn'T find out, it is "city code"

    Bank code / number: Maximum 12 numbers. Format: 4 Bank code digits + 5 branch code digits + 3 city code digits. In case codes are shorter, prefix with zeros to match format.
    I asked to my bank and searched forum and web but couldn't find out exactly. There are traffic and telephone codes as city code but i don't know which one and their relation with bank information.
    My bank do not have something as "city code".
    Is "city code" traffic code or phone code or something else?

    Put in whatever is your account number that can be used by a bank in some other country to deposit money in your account, and only your account, in your country/bank. Your bank should be able to tell you what that number is.

    12 digits sounds more like SWIFT/BIC, http://www.swiftbic.com/, however these usually contain letters too...

    Thank you for your reply.
    There is also "Bank Account Number" field and it is different than "Bank code / number" field. I have no problem on bank account number, branch code and bank code. These are in IBAN but there is no "city code" in IBAN.
    Bank code / number: Format: 4 Bank code digits + 5 branch code digits + 3 city code digits.
    I know bank code and branch code but don't know city code. So what should i write in that field?

    I uploaded screenshot
    As wikipedia says:
    IBAN format:
    B = National bank code
    R = Reserved for future use (currently "0")
    C = Account Number
    C is branch code and account number

    So what should i write in "3 digits city code" area of "Bank code / number" field?

    What is the country of your bank? I'll cross check with the payment team.

    The city code for Istanbul is "034".

    Hope this helps.
